All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.
Order (BOD#) must be provided to place a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then you will be emailed your store credit information.
Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
Bodibar does not take responsibility for return shipments or reimbursement of lost packages. Sale items are considered final, and any promotional offers that have expired between the time of purchase and exchange will be invalid.
If we’ve made an error with your order, we apologise profusely! We will issue an exchange immediately and return the incorrect goods unused and unopened at our shipping expense.
For orders that arrive damaged, please email us photographs within 7 days to enable us to arrange a replacement.
